AUTOMATIC DIVIDEND INVESTMENT PLAN: Registered shareholders may participate in our reinvestment plan whereby all dividends and distributions are automatically invested in additional Ellsworth shares. American Stock Transfer & Trust Company is the Transfer Agent for the Plan. Their phone number is (800) 937-5449.

CASH PAYMENT PLAN: Plan participants may also voluntarily send cash payments of $100 to $10,000 per month to AST, to be combined with other Plan monies, for purchase of additional Ellsworth shares in the open market.
