AUTOMATIC DIVIDEND INVESTMENT PLAN: Shareholders may participate in our reinvestment plan whereby all dividends and distributions are automatically invested in additional Ellsworth shares at the lower of market price or net asset value. CASH PAYMENT PLAN: Plan participants may also voluntarily send cash payments of $100 to $10,000 per month to AST, to be combined with other Plan monies, for purchase of additional Ellsworth shares in the open market.
